Richard Gardner’s roots are grounded in the beauty industry.  For decades as a hairdresser, make up artist and photographer, he has documented the essence of the perceived reality of beauty given to women as zeitgeist.  His hand colored images have been used as a part of the course curriculum at the International Center Of Photography, His palette still retains the muted essence evoked from his past.
